Kentucky Baseball Postponed Due to Weather
Kentucky baseball will not take on Indiana State inside Kentucky Proud Park this afternoon.
Due to heavy and consistent rain in the Lexington forecast, Friday’s game has been postponed and will now take place Saturday, with a doubleheader scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.

The Wildcats (6-2) are coming off a trouncing of previously unbeaten Morehead State, outscoring their opponents 30-1 the past two games. Junior infielder Reuben Church had a career-high four hits and reached base safely in all six plate appearances on Tuesday.
UK has won each of its first two series, 2-1, as it continues to try and stack wins before the brutality of the Southeastern Conference gauntlet begins. Last weekend it defeated a Wright State club that has been in an NCAA Regional each of the past two tournaments.
The Wildcats will now look to build on that momentum this weekend vs. Indiana State.
