Kentucky Baseball will play a late one tonight in Hoover

The original SEC Tournament schedule has been thrown into the trash now that Mother Nature has rained all over the first three days of the league’s postseason play.

On Tuesday’s opening day of games, the Hoover rain pushed Kentucky’s night start against Auburn all the way until Wednesday afternoon, and today, more rain has Kentucky’s first game against LSU over 24 hours behind schedule.

We’re now staring down a late one tonight as the Cats open up double-elimination play in a game meant to be played yesterday. At last estimation, 10:30 PM ET (9:30 in Hoover) is when you can expect Kentucky and LSU to take the field.

Game 1 of the day just started around 4 PM. It was supposed to be Game 2 yesterday.
