Kentucky up to No. 13 in the AP Poll

Don’t look now, but the Kentucky Wildcats are climbing the AP Poll. The latest Top 25 just dropped and Kentucky is up three spots to No. 13. UCLA, the Cats’ opponent in the CBS Sports Classic, is also up three spots, to No. 16, making Saturday’s game a Top 20 showdown.

Purdue is the new No. 1 team in the country after Houston’s loss to Alabama. The Crimson Tide jumped four spots to No. 4 in the rankings. From the SEC, Tennessee is next at No. 6, Arkansas is No. 10, Mississippi State No. 17, and Auburn No. 19.
