Highlights from an Unforgettable Kentucky SEC Tournament Win over Oklahoma

The SEC Tournament was once dominated by Kentucky. It has not been so kind to Big Blue Nation in recent years. It felt like buzzard’s luck was returning, until Otega Oweh did the damn thing.
Kentucky crumpled down the stretch. A 6-point lead turned into a 1-point deficit in the blink of an eye, thanks to Oklahoma’s full-court pressure.
Fortunately, Otega Oweh was playing his former team. He broke their hearts once in Norman. He was prepared to do it again. It was a similar shot, just in the opposite direction, and it produced the same result.
That game-winning bucket gave Otega Oweh 27 points, just one shy of the career-high he set a few weeks ago against his former school.
That was the one play everybody will be talking about Friday morning. It wasn’t the only good one by the Kentucky Wildcats Thursday night at the SEC Tournament inside Bridgestone Arena.

Koby Brea was money. The sharpshooter knocked down four three-balls to score 22 points. Andrew Carr was impressive on the defensive end, along with his 11 points and seven rebounds.
Big Blue Nation brought the energy. For a brief moment, it did not look like they would be rewarded with a game against Alabama on Friday. Before turning the page to the Crimson Tide, enjoy highlights from this unforgettable Kentucky basketball win at the SEC Tournament.
