Kentucky dropped in Lunardi's first update to his new 2024 Bracketology, which is outrageous

The confetti was still fresh from the NCAA Tournament championship when Joe Lunardi put out his first Bracketology for next year’s NCAA Tournament.
Now a week later, Lunardi already has eraser marks and updates on his early 2024 projection. UConn fans are still hungover from last week’s parade, yet, Lunardi has already put so much thought into next year’s tournament that he’s already had time to change his mind.
And Kentucky is one of the teams on the early downward slide, somehow.
In this new April 18 update to the 2024 Bracketology (keep up!), Lunardi moved Kentucky from a No. 5 seed to a No. 6 seed in the South Region. With the sudden and unexplainable drop, Kentucky slid from a 5-vs-12 matchup against Stephen F. Austin in Spokane to a 6-vs-11 in Omaha against either Ohio State or Virginia. Seems like a bad draw.
