Kentucky vs. Florida postponed to Wednesday morning due to weather

Due to impending weather in the Omaha area, Tuesday night’s Men’s College World Series Elimination Game between Kentucky and Florida has been postponed to Wednesday morning. First pitch is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CT/11:00 a.m. ET.

Here’s the official statement from the NCAA:

Due to impending weather, Game 10 has been postponed to tomorrow, Wednesday, June 19 at 10:00 a.m. CT. Gates will open at 9 a.m. CT. Box office will open at 8 a.m. CT.

Game 11 will approximately take place at 2:00 p.m. CT. Gates will open tentatively one hour following the conclusion of Game 10.

Game 12 will approximately take place at 6:00 p.m. CT. Gates will open tentatively one hour following the conclusion of Game 11.

If Kentucky can win the opening game, it would be back in action against Texas A&M at 6:00 p.m. CT/7:00 p.m. ET. The Cats will have to win two games in one day to keep their dream season alive.

KSR the show may not be headed to Omaha this weekend, but the website will be well-represented.
