Kentucky Football moves down to No. 15 in new AP Poll rankings
Both ESPN and the AFCA Coaches Poll dropped Kentucky down to No. 14 following Saturday night’s loss to No. 1 Georgia, but the AP Poll took the ‘Cats down just a tad bit further.
Not long after the Coaches Poll moved UK down three spots earlier on Sunday, the AP Poll dropped Kentucky from No. 11 in the country to No. 15.
It’s not all that surprising to see Kentucky fall just a handful of spots. Georgia is the clear-cut No. 1 team in the nation and proved it once again by easily taking down the ‘Cats, 30-13. UK still has the resume and talent of a top 15 program in the country, though. ESPN and the Coaches Poll backed up that sentiment and the AP agrees with them.
