Kentucky Football opens as 36-point favorites over New Mexico State

Kentucky will return to Kroger Field next weekend as massive favorites in the season’s penultimate outing.
The 7-3 Wildcats will play host to the 1-9 New Mexico State Aggies this Saturday at noon on the SEC Network. The folks in Las Vegas aren’t expecting it to be a close one, either. According to Circa Sports, Kentucky has opened up as an outstanding 36-point favorite to beat New Mexico State. The over/under has been set at 62.5.
According to ESPN’s Matchup Predictor, this should be the easiest game on the schedule for Kentucky. The worldwide leader’s data gives the ‘Cats a 98.9 percent chance to beat the Aggies.

Kentucky and New Mexico State are both 6-4 against the spread this season. However, NMSU is 5-1 against the spread this season as an away underdog. UK is 4-2 ATS as a home favorite.
UK was a 21.5-point favorite to beat Vanderbilt over the weekend but only pulled out the victory by 17 points. Kentucky has only hit the 36-point mark three times this season, so picking the ‘Cats to win by at least that much might be a tough play, even against a bad New Mexico State squad.
Happy betting, folks.
