Kentucky is going with color rush uniforms against Tennessee
Want surprise uniforms? That will have to be another time. For the old school border rivalry against Tennessee, the Wildcats will be rocking the traditional all-blue look.
For the third time at home this season, the Wildcats will wear nothing but blue on Saturday night at Kroger Field. That uniform combination worked well for the Wildcats in the previous two meetings.
Kentucky beat Missouri 35-28 and covered a 5-point spread in Week 2. To begin October, Kentucky upset Florida 20-13 and covered as a 7.5 point home underdog. Will the uniforms deliver some good times again to start November?

The Vols are rolling into town and not keeping things traditional. Tennessee will be rocking orange pants for the third consecutive game against Kentucky. However, the Vols are 0-2 when wearing the orange britches this season and were thumped by Kentucky with them on last season. In that 34-7 beatdown, the Wildcats wore white jerseys and pants with blue lids.
Now that the jersey speculation is out of the way, we can all get to business on Saturday night. The clash with Kentucky and Tennessee is huge for both sides. No matter who wins, it will be sold as a signature victory for either side.
Let’s hope the good guys in all blue can make it two in a row over the Big Orange.
