The consensus 16th-ranked team in the country has the third-best odds to win the SEC. The oddsmakers over at Fanduel have given Kentucky a betting line of +600 to win the SEC this season behind Tennessee and Texas A&M.

For all you gambling newbies, that means a $10 bet will win you $60 if the ‘Cats were to win the SEC. Fanduel has the best odds across all of the major books as the folks over at Caesars have a lot more faith in Kentucky’s chances, posting just +280 odds for the same bet.

South Carolina has the worst odds to win the SEC, with Fanduel providing a whopping +21000 odds for those willing to throw away money in hopes of the Gamecocks or making them rich. Take a gander through the complete list:

  • Tennessee +280
  • Texas A&M +550
  • Kentucky +600
  • Florida +650
  • Auburn +800
  • Alabama +850
  • Arkansas +1000
  • Mississippi State +1700
  • Missouri +1700
  • Ole Miss +2000
  • LSU +4000
  • Georgia +9000
  • Vanderbilt +10000
  • South Carolina +21000

Weirdly enough, Kentucky has better odds than both Tennessee and Texas A&M when it comes to winning the actual national championship. Fanduel has set the odds for the ‘Cats to cut down the nets in Arizona at +1800 which is 5th best in the country behind Duke, Kansas, Purdue, and Michigan State.

Wager responsibly, kids.
