Tuesday night’s Kentucky-South Carolina matchup is now on the board and the Wildcats opened as a 17.5-point favorite in the game. However, the number is already 18 at some online books and even 18.5 at others.

The last time Kentucky bettors had a chance to back their team, Kentucky lost by 26 as five-and-a-half-point underdogs in Tuscaloosa, adding yet another loss to the now nine-game losing streak against the spread.

Against South Carolina, Kentucky will face the 264th-ranked team in the NET rankings, so it’s a bounce-back opportunity for the team’s confidence and margin of victory. Will Kentucky score enough to cover the Vegas number? We’ll see. Some may say they’re due.

For anyone interested in playing the over/under, oddsmakers set the total at 132.5 points for the game. Kentucky-Alabama went under the 147.5 last Saturday, snapping a run of four consecutive Kentucky games going over.

Whatever you do, good luck out there. And drive safe leaving Kentucky to bet.
