Kentucky is not a Good State for Millennials

As a young person in the 18-25 demographic (if that's what you want to call a "Millennial"), I've enjoyed my time living in Louisville and Lexington.  However, recent research by Money Rates says that Kentucky is a tough place to live for young people. Kentucky was ranked as the 10th worst state for Millennials, ages 20-24, based on affordable education and job opportunities.  Even though Kentucky is a cheap place to live with rent as the third-lowest in the nation, limitations in broadband access and nightlife are seen as a negative (they must have never been to Tin Roof). Comparing Kentucky to the Top Ten, I think I'll stay around the Commonwealth.

Top Ten Places for Millennials

1. North Dakota
2. South Dakota
3. Nebraska
4. Iowa
5. Montana
6. Louisiana
7. Indiana
8. Kansas
9. Wyoming
10. Texas
