Kentucky makes the cut for Top 100 2026 DB Victor Singleton
One of the best high school juniors in the country is considering the Kentucky Wildcats.
On Friday afternoon, On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported that class of 2026 cornerback Victor Singleton is down to 10 finalists. Kentucky made the cut, as did Ohio State, Michigan, Tennessee, Missouri, Wisconsin, Penn State, Texas A&M, Oregon, and Nebraska. The Toledo, OH product was at Kroger Field in Lexington last weekend to watch the Wildcats come up just short in a one-point loss to No. 2 Georgia.
Clocking in at 6-foot-1, 165 pounds, Singleton is a four-star prospect and is considered the No. 98 overall recruit in his class according to the On3 Industry Ranking.

Ohio State has established itself as the early frontrunner for Singleton, who visited Columbus earlier this month. His dad is a big fan of the Buckeyes and Singleton himself has been on campus several times already. He’s also stopped at Nebraska for a gameday visit this season and will be at Michigan this weekend for another gameday trip. Singleton intends to return to Ohio State for the annual rivalry game against Michigan in late November.
That being said, Kentucky will certainly be a team to monitor moving forward. Associate head coach Vince Marrow has spearheaded Singleton’s recruitment. UK was the first Power 4 school to extend him an offer, which he received in Oct. 2023. It wasn’t until another several months later that his recruitment began to blow up with big-name schools jumping into the mix. Getting him back on campus for another visit in the near future will be the next step.
Kentucky has yet to land its first class of 2026 commit.
