Friday was the first of three opportunities the Big Blue Nation will have at receiving an autograph from a current Kentucky men’s basketball player. Kroger locations in Somerset and Morehead kicked off the three-day La Familia Autograph Tour, which will continue throughout the rest of the weekend.

A total of nine Wildcats made appearances during the first day of the meet and greet sessions: Aaron Bradshaw, Reed Sheppard, Jordan Burks, Kareem Watkins, and Grant Darbyshire made up the group in Somerset while Justin Edwards, Adou Thiero, Tre Mitchell, and Walker Horn were over in Morehead. If you weren’t able to make the trip today, don’t fret. You’ll be able to meet them all over the next two days.

On Saturday, the team will travel to Kroger locations in Louisville and Shelbyville (10AM-Noon) before heading back to central Kentucky on Sunday for stops at Krogers in Lexington and Versailles (2PM-4PM). Go ahead and make a plan now to squeeze these trips into your schedule — and make sure to bring something to be signed.

What should you expect when you arrive? Tickets are available at the door for $60 each, which will get each person one item to be signed by all present players. Tickets are limited to one per person. The most important part of the event is that a portion of net proceeds and all sponsor proceeds will benefit the Mayfield Flood Relief Mission.
