Details for the Kentucky Men’s Basketball Big Blue Bahamas Tour are beginning to come out.

On Wednesday, the return of the event was publicly announced over at KentuckyBahamasTour.com. The Wildcats will play four games from August 8-14 at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Kentucky will match up against the Dominican Republic National Team on Aug. 10, a professional team from Mexico on Aug. 11, the Carleton University Ravens (Ottawa, Ontario) on Aug. 13, and the Bahamas National Team on Aug. 14. Tip times are still to be announced and all games will take place at the Baha Mar Convention Center.

This will be the third trip to the Bahamas for the program under head coach John Calipari, which has been scheduled across four-year intervals. Kentucky went in 2014 and 2018 and will return again in 2022.

According to the website, single-game tickets will cost $100 with a four-game ticket package costing $400 per seat. Hotel packages are also available (and quite expensive) and can be booked now. Not much else is known about the event as of right now, but more information is expected to be released soon.
