I’m excited for Kentucky Football. You’re excited for Kentucky Football. We’re all excited for Kentucky Football…except for Mother Nature, it seems.

The weather forecast for Saturday in Lexington is less than ideal. Right now, there’s a 60% chance of scattered thunderstorms throughout the day. Here’s a look at the hour-by-hour forecast from Weather.com. Kickoff for Kentucky vs. Miami (OH) is set for 7 p.m. ET. The Cat Walk should begin around 4:45 p.m.

Of course, with the right attitude and preparation, a little rain shouldn’t stop anyone from having fun. Just look at these fans enjoying Kentucky Football in their ponchos:

Reminder: This is a “Computer Game”

If you’re not going to the game, consider this a reminder to get your streaming setup in order or make alternative plans. The game will only air on SEC Network+ and ESPN+, digital platforms only accessible through the ESPN app. Every SEC school is assigned multiple SECN+ and ESPN+ games each season by the conference and its television partners. This is the football team’s “computer game” for the season.

I shared an in-depth rundown of how to watch the game earlier this week. Here are the Cliffs Notes:

  • If you have SEC Network through your cable provider: On SEC Network+ through the ESPN app on a connected device (Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, SmartTV, etc.), smartphones, tablets or via espn.com/watch.
  • If you do not have SEC Network through your cable provider, or cable at all: ESPN+ subscription ($6.99/month) through the ESPN app on a connected device.
  • Contact ESPN Customer Care: (888) 549-3776, ESPN Fan Support, ESPN+ Help Center
