Kentucky up one spot to No. 20 in new AP Poll
Kentucky’s thumping of North Carolina didn’t do much to impress the AP voters. The Cats are No. 20 in the new AP Top 25, up just one spot from last week.
The top three in the AP rankings remain the same: Baylor, Duke, Purdue. Gonzaga and UCLA flipped spots, coming in at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively. From the SEC, Alabama is No. 10, Auburn No. 12, LSU No. 17, and Tennessee one spot ahead of Kentucky at No. 19. Arkansas also received votes. Kansas, Kentucky’s opponent in the Big 12/SEC Challenge, is No. 7.
