Kentucky offers 2025 four-star sharpshooter Braylon Mullins
Consider 2025 four-star guard Braylon Mullins‘ unofficial visit to Lexington a major success, the sharpshooter out of Greenfield, IN leaving Kentucky with a scholarship offer from Mark Pope and the Wildcats.
Coming off a weekend where Pope and Alvin Brooks III sat courtside for Mullins’ 34-point explosion at the Charlie Hughes Showcase, the coaching staff made it clear there was a spot waiting for him in blue and white if he wants it.
“After a great visit and conversation with Coach Pope I am blessed to receive an offer from (Kentucky basketball)!!! Thank you for the opportunity!!!” Mullins announced on social media.
The Greenfield-Central standout previously collected offers from Kansas, North Carolina, UConn, Alabama, Michigan State and Tennessee, among others. He’s also got unofficials planned to Purdue on Wednesday and Ohio State on Thursday to round out his busy week

Why are schools tripping over themselves to extend scholarships and host him on visits? He may be the best shooter in high school basketball, now ranked No. 31 overall by On3 and No. 9 among shooting guards in the rising senior class. Standing 6-4, 180 pounds, he’s seen his stock soar this spring and summer as a standout for Indiana Elite on the Adidas 3SSB circuit. He opened the AAU season as a low-end four-star, but after averaging 20.1 points per contest in 13 games — all wins — as the fourth-most efficient scorer on the circuit at 1.13 points per possession, he’s now a consensus top-35 recruit.
In that 13-game sample size, Mullins shot 55.8 percent from the field, 52.1 percent from three on 7.4 attempts per contest while knocking down 73.1 percent at the line to go with 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 steals per outing.
A teammate of fellow Kentucky target Malachi Moreno with Indiana Elite, could the two team up next season in Lexington? They’ve now both got offers in hand to open that door.
