Kentucky offers blue-chip QB Landon Duckworth
The 2026 high school recruiting cycle is starting to heat up. Coaches are on the road meeting with prospects and junior day unofficial visits are being scheduled. Kentucky is still searching for its first commit in this class but that occur quickly.
Some quarterback targets are beginning to emerge.
Kentucky hosted Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller star Matt Ponatoski for a camp visit last summer before he won Mr. Football and led the Crusaders to a state title. Offensive coordinator Bush Hamdan and tight ends coach Vince Marrow recently issued Ponatoski a scholarship. Now another four-star recruit is on the radar.
