Kentucky WBB offers Sydney Mobley, a Top 25 prospect in the 2027 class

With this year’s roster pretty much set, Kenny Brooks and his staff are now looking to the future. Four-star forward Sydney Mobley, the No. 21 prospect in the class of 2027, recently announced on social media that she received an offer from Kentucky.
As far as reports indicate, Mobley becomes the second big (Isabella Marion) and seventh recruit that the staff has offered in the 2027 class.

The 6-foot-2 Ohio native has received offers from Ohio State, Ole Miss, Notre Dame and many others. She attended the 2025 Women’s Junior National Team April minicamp in Tampa, Florida — exclusive to the top high school players in the country. On top of that, she was named a MaxPreps Sophomore All-American honorable mention this year.
Mobley averaged 20 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, 2.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per game for Big Walnut High School, leading the Golden Eagles to a 23-4 record. She had a school record 38 points in a win against Newark back in January.
Hopefully, Mobley continues to put up record-breaking numbers — one day as a Kentucky Wildcat.
