Kentucky OL commit Koby Keenum schedules official visit to Mississippi State
One of Kentucky football’s top 2023 commits is taking a visit to Starkville this weekend.
Koby Keenum, a three-star class of 2023 offensive line commit out of Florence, AL, announced on social media Wednesday night that he will take an official visit to Mississippi State beginning Friday, Dec. 2 and ending on Sunday, Dec. 4.
The 6-foot-4, 285-pound Mars Hill Bible School product has been committed to the Wildcats since July. His lead recruiter is offensive line coach Zach Yenser.
Keenum recently visited the Bulldogs officially for the first time this season at the beginning of November. He was in Lexington during mid-October for an official (when Kentucky beat Mississippi State 27-17) and then returned this past weekend to watch the win over in-state rival Louisville. Keenum also visited Ole Miss on Nov. 12 to see the Rebels take on Alabama.

Keenum has been on flip watch for several weeks now, and it was expected that an official visit to Mississippi State would happen at some point. Regardless, he’s a prospect that Kentucky would prefer to hang on to. Keenum is considered the No. 762 overall senior in the country, per the On3 Consensus, and projects as a center at the college level.
Kentucky currently has the 38th-ranked recruiting class in the country and the 12th-best group in the SEC.
