What a win for the Kentucky Football program. Just two weeks after almost upsetting No. 1 Georgia at Kroger Field, the Cats upset another top-ten team, beating No. 6 Ole Miss in Oxford. The Rebels entered the game with the nation’s top offense in many statistical categories, but Brad White’s defense found a way to slow them down and Bush Hamdan’s offense did enough to pull out the 20-17 win.

It was a cathartic one for Mark Stoops, who has faced a lot of criticism this season after the lopsided loss to South Carolina and some questionable calls vs. Georgia. Today, Stoops had the last laugh, and he, his coaching staff, and the players celebrated accordingly. Steven Peake was on the field after the game to capture all of the emotions.
