Kentucky opens as 22-point underdog vs. Georgia
Vegas is predicting a three-score win for the Georgia Bulldogs when they head to Lexington next weekend — and it’s hard to disagree.
Kentucky has opened as a 22-point underdog in its SEC finale vs. Georgia on Saturday, with the over/under set at 53.5.
Circa Sports released its Week 12 opening lines on Sunday.
The bloated spread comes following Kentucky’s embarrassing 24-21 home loss to Vanderbilt on Saturday to fall to 6-4 on the season. A potential 8-4 finish — disappointing even then considering the team’s frustrating losses at Ole Miss and vs. South Carolina earlier in the year — is off the table while 7-5 or even 6-6 are staring the Wildcats in the face with games vs. Georgia and Louisville left to close out the season.

Kentucky dropped out of the latest AP and Coaches Polls released Sunday afternoon.
The Wildcats will take on the Bulldogs on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET, with the matchup broadcast live on CBS.
Can the Wildcats pull off a miracle? Eh, probably not — ESPN’s Matchup Predictor gives UK a 7.0% chance to win — but it’s the thought that counts.
