Kentucky opens as a heavy favorite vs. Jackson State
The oddsmakers are not only high on Kentucky‘s chances to pull off a comfortable win inside Rupp Arena on Friday, they’re confident in a blowout.
The Wildcats have opened as 34.5-point favorites against Jackson State, who enters the matchup 0-5 on the season with losses at Houston, High Point, Xavier, Vanderbilt and Western Kentucky. Their closest margin of defeat? Nine points — although they did keep it interesting in a 13-point loss to the Commodores.
FanDuel, ESPNBet and BetMGM have Kentucky listed as 34.5-point favorites while DraftKings has it at -35 and Circa Sports Kentucky is the highest on the Cats at -35.5.
