Feeling good about the Cats on New Year’s Eve? You can now put your money where your mouth is with Kentucky officially opening as a massive favorite vs. Brown when the teams face off inside Rupp Arena early Tuesday afternoon.

Just how big? Kentucky has opened as a 22.5-point favorite against the Ivy League competition with the over/under set at 154.5 points. A moneyline bet would cost you in a big way — that’s a whopping -8000 in favor of Mark Pope’s squad.

KenPom projects an 86-67 victory for the Wildcats while Bart Torvik sees UK coming away with an 88-66 win inside Rupp Arena. ESPN’s BPI likes the Cats by 20.7 points while giving the home team a 96.5 percent chance to pull off the win.
