Kentucky Out on Rylan Griffen and Harun Zrno

With Denzel Aberdeen committing to Kentucky on Monday, several prospects have removed the Cats from consideration. Rylan Griffen and Harun Zrno are both no longer considering Kentucky.
Griffen, a 6-foot-5 guard transfer from Kansas, was set to visit Kentucky on Tuesday, April 22. Sources tell KSR+ that Griffen has canceled his visit to Kentucky.
Zrno, a 6-foot-6 guard from KK Slavija (Sarajevo), is also no longer considering KEntucky, sources tell KSR+. Zrno is expected to decide between Miami and Villanova. The 21-year-old sharpshooter has averaged 17.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game while shooting a scorching 43.7% from deep for KK Slavija, a professional basketball club in Sarajevo, Bosnia.
Griffen averaged 6.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game this past season for the Jayhawks during the 2024-25 season. He shot 37.2 percent from the field, 33.6 percent from three, and 67.5 percent at the line.

Kentucky’s 2025 Transfer Class
Kentucky has landed six commitments in the 2025 transfer class. Kentucky has the No. 1-ranked transfer class in the nation, according to On3.
UK is also set to return a number of key pieces from last season’s roster, including center Brandon Garrison. Otega Oweh is testing the NBA Draft waters, while leaving open the option of a return.
