Kentucky still ranked 19th in the new AP College Basketball Top 25 Poll
The first post-Christmas college basketball rankings of the season have arrived in the form of the Week 8 Associated Press College Basketball Poll. In it, your University of Kentucky Wildcats are still the No. 19 ranked team in the new update which reflects the Wildcats’ 20-point win over Florida A&M last Wednesday. In a bit of a surprise, 11-1 Missouri did not jump into the Top 25 after the Tigers’ 22-point beatdown of No. 16 Illinois.
Up at the top of the poll, Purdue and Connecticut remain at first and second with the only two unbeaten records.
