Kentucky will not enter the 2024 college football season ranked in the US LBM Coaches Poll. The Wildcats will, however, enter the year receiving votes in a pack of schools on the outside looking in.

Receiving 12 votes, Kentucky comes in ranked No. 37 overall and No. 11 in the SEC, behind Georgia (No. 1), Texas (No. 4), Alabama (No. 5), Ole Miss (No. 6), Missouri (No. 11), LSU (No. 12), Tennessee (No. 15), Oklahoma (No. 16) and Texas A&M (No. 20) in the poll and Auburn (25 votes) in the others-receiving-votes category.

Louisville (95 votes), Florida (11 votes) and South Carolina (10 votes) are other schools on Kentucky’s schedule receiving votes. Former UK DC Jon Sumrall and the Tulane Green Wave also received two votes.
