Kentucky’s 85-81 upset of No. 4 Tennessee is big for many reasons, the most immediate being SEC Tournament seeding. With the victory, the Cats clinched the double-bye in the SEC Tournament and will play Friday night. Whether it’s the first or second game of the evening session depends on the result of the Auburn vs. Georgia game, which is currently underway.

Kentucky is now tied for second in the SEC standings with Alabama and South Carolina at 13-5. If Auburn wins, it will join that group, creating a four-way tie. In that scenario, Kentucky wins the tiebreaker due to its 2-1 record against the pool, giving the Cats the No. 2 seed, which would be the 7 p.m. ET game on Friday night. If Auburn loses to Georgia, the Tigers fall to 12-6 in the stands, leaving Kentucky, Alabama, and South Carolina in a three-way tie. The Gamecocks would come out on top in that scenario, getting the No. 2 seed. Kentucky would take the No. 3 seed, playing the late game Friday night.

Auburn is leading Georgia by a sizable margin at half, so let’s assume the Tigers pull off the win at home. Kentucky will be the No. 2 seed, playing the winner of No. 10 Ole Miss and No. 7 Texas A&M. The bracket won’t be final until the end of the LSU vs. Missouri game tonight, which will decide the No. 8/No. 9 seeds. LSU is a 7.5-point favorite, so here’s what the bracket looks like IF Auburn beats Georgia and LSU beats Missouri:
