Kentucky WBB slotted in at No. 14 in AP Poll ahead of Music City Classic
A week ago, Kentucky was ranked at No. 15 after beating then No. 18 Louisville 71-61 in an overtime thriller inside of Historic Memorial Coliseum. Following some shakeups in the top 10, the Cats now sit at No. 14 in the AP Poll ahead of the Music City Classic.

The only way that Kentucky was going to go down was if they managed to lose to Purdue Fort Wayne, and to the Mastodons’ credit, it was a competitive game. Of course, Kentucky came out on top in that one, winning 79-67.
Georgia Amoore led the way with 23 points and seven assists, and Dazia Lawrence posted a season-high 21 points on the night as well, shooting 8-15 from the field overall and 5-8 from three-point range.
