Kentucky softball releases 2021 fall schedule

The Kentucky Softball team announced its 2021 fall schedule Thursday afternoon, highlighted by five games at John Cropp Stadium in Lexington and four match-ups against power-five teams.
 
Kentucky will open the fall on Sunday, Sept. 19 against in-state rival Louisville at Noon ET inside John Cropp Stadium in Lexington. A week later on Sept. 26, UK will travel north to Columbus to face the Ohio State Buckeyes.
 
Georgetown College makes its way to Lexington on Friday night, Oct. 1 which is the first of two games that weekend, with Bellarmine facing UK at John Cropp Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 3.
 
After facing off in the regular season in 2021, the EKU Colonels will face UK on Friday, Oct. 8 in Lexington.
 
The fall season wraps up with a home-and-home against the Tennessee Lady Vols on Oct. 29 and 30. Tennessee will visit Lexington on Oct. 29 and Kentucky returns the trip to Knoxville on the 30^th. Both games with Tennessee will begin at 6 p.m. ET.

Times for unannounced games will be publicly distributed at a later date.
