Kentucky currently has 11 scholarships out to prospects in the class of 2026 — and all of them sit inside the updated 2026 On3 150 Basketball Rankings, released Monday afternoon. The latest drop comes following in-person player evaluations from the end of the high school season and early parts of the travel season, the Wildcats targeting the best of the best among rising seniors under second-year coach Mark Pope.

That group features the No. 1 overall prospect, who grew up right down I-64W in Louisville: Tyran Stokes, a physically dominant wing who is likely to come off the board first during the 2027 NBA Draft.

“Stokes’ flashes of dominant outputs are too much to ignore at this point in the cycle,” On3’s Jamie Shaw wrote. “… When Stokes gets downhill, he is a load to deal with. Whether in the half-court or in transition, Stokes has a strong base, with explosive burst, and gets downhill with a purpose.”

Overall, Kentucky has offered seven of the top eight prospects, eight of the top 10 and 10 of the top 15. The only target with an offer outside of that top 15 mark is a local talent from Newport, KY, Tay Kinney, who comes in at No. 23 overall.
