Kentucky vs. Tennesse football game on Nov. 6 has SOLD OUT
Hopefully you weren’t putting off purchasing Kentucky-Tennessee tickets, because you’re already too late. According to UK, tickets for the Nov. 6 matchup in Lexington have sold out.
All is not lost, though. If you missed out on a ticket or two, you can still shell out some dough and purchase them for resale, which you can do through Ticketmaster. For students hoping to get into Kroger Field, you’re in luck. Student ticket distribution will not take place until the week of Oct. 25.
While it is a bit surprising to see Kroger Field sell out with over three weeks until the actual kickoff, the momentum the Kentucky program is riding right now couldn’t be any higher. Tickets sold out so quickly because of what could happen on Nov. 6.

If Kentucky were to upset No. 1 Georgia on Saturday, the home game against Tennessee could crown the ‘Cats as SEC East champions if they were to beat the Volunteers. It will be the second-to-last home game of the 2021 season and the last of the SEC schedule. The dream of making the College Football Playoff would become a little more real.
Even if UK falls to Georgia, a win over Mississippi State on Oct. 30 could setup an important game for Kentucky’s hopes of making a New Year’s Six Bowl. Also, it’s Tennessee–they low down, they dirty, they some snitches.
To say that fans are excited about the rivalry game would clearly be an understatement.
