The weekend started off with a bang as Kenyattia Hackworth posted a mark of 20-feet, 10 3/4in to set the 8th best long jump this season in the NCAA. Also, Lou Styles set a PR time in the unseeded mile with a mark of 4:04.54. As the weekend progressed to Saturday, reigning Southeastern Conference Champion in the 800m Keffri Neal continued his dominance and won the mile with a time of 3:58.02, becoming the 4th Wildcat to run a mile in under 4 minutes. Coach Edrick Floreal was very happy for Neal and believes this performance to be a springboard for his career. Also on Saturday, Spencer Hrycay competed in the 3k, breaking the Kentucky freshman record with a time of 8:16.57. At the Tyson Invitational, Aundrea Busse placed 2nd in the same event with a time of 9:31.89. The Wildcats will have a couple weeks to recharge their batteries and will resume competitions when they host and compete in the 2015 SEC Indoor Championships at Nutter Field House. @PerkiliciuosKSR
