Kentucky trails Tennessee 33-22 at halftime

I wish I had better news to share, but Kentucky just played one of its worst halves of basketball this season. The Cats trail Tennessee 33-22 at half of the SEC Tournament semifinals. Honestly, it feels like more than 11 points.
Nothing’s working for the Cats, who are 8-29 (28%) from the floor, 0-8 from three-point range. Keion Brooks and TyTy Washington have been Kentucky’s only offense, scoring 8 and 6 points respectively. Oscar Tshiebwe headed to the bench with two fouls at the 11:32 mark and did not come back in. He has three points and two rebounds, putting his double-double streak in jeopardy.
We’ve seen Kentucky come back from double-digit deficits before, but it looks pretty bleak right now. Save us, Oscar.
