Kentucky VB's Emma Grome is red, white, and blue-bound
Emma Grome is a natural when it comes to selections. The junior setter for the Kentucky Volleyball team had a phenomenal 2022 season, picking up awards left and right. Grome is the reigning SEC Player of the Year and was named to the All-SEC team. She averaged over 12 assists per set and two digs per set during the regular season. Now, a couple of months out from Kentucky’s 2023 campaign, Grome adds another impressive selection to her already-accomplished résumé.
The USA Collegiate National Team came calling for Emma Grome. She was named to the squad alongside 19 other collegiate players from universities across the country. We already knew Grome was already one of the elite players in the college volleyball game. Now, she’s set to join the rest of the elite that have been selected to the Collegiate Team.
