Kentucky vs. Auburn Game Time, TV Network Announced

Kentucky vs. Auburn was designated as a night game over the summer; today, we finally got a kickoff time. Game times for October 26 just dropped and the Cats vs. the Tigers will begin at approximately 7:45 PM at Kroger Field. It will air on the SEC Network, marking the third straight week the Cats will get the announcing team of Tom Hart, Jordan Rodgers, and Cole Cubelic.

Kentucky is reeling after the loss to Vanderbilt, which took the Cats’ record to 3-3 overall and 1-3 in the SEC. Auburn isn’t faring any better, at 2-4, with zero SEC wins thus far. The Tigers beat Alabama A&M and New Mexico but lost to Cal, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Georgia. They were on a bye this past weekend and head to No. 19 Missouri on Saturday, a noon kick of ESPN.

The next two games are huge for bowl eligibility. I’d say Kroger Field will provide a friendlier environment for the Cats than the Swamp will this Saturday night, but Kentucky’s SEC record at home vs. on the road suggests otherwise.
