Kentucky vs. Florida Game Time Announced
After hosting Vanderbilt this Saturday at Kroger Field, Kentucky heads to Gainesville to take on the Florida Gators. That game will take place under the lights at The Swamp.
Game times for October 19 were just announced, and Kentucky vs. Florida will kick off at 7:45 p.m. ET. It will be broadcast on the SEC Network. The Gators are 3-2 this season and play at No. 8 Tennessee on Saturday.
Kentucky will be going for its fourth straight win over Florida, second straight in Gainesville. The Cats beat the Gators 26-16 on their last trip to The Swamp, which was Billy Napier’s first game against Kentucky as the Gators’ head coach. Napier’s seat was red-hot after losses to Miami and Texas A&M earlier this season. The Gators have won two straight, beating Mississippi State in Starkville and UCF at home — the latter an upset — but a third straight loss to Kentucky in the Swamp could bring all that grumbling back. Wouldn’t it be a shame?
