Are you ready for some football (injury reports)? After coaches spent decades dodging questions from the media about injuries, the Southeastern Conference has mandated availability reports ahead of intraleague matchups. As the first conference game of the season, Kentucky and South Carolina received the honor of issuing the first official injury reports in SEC history.

The first Kentucky vs. South Carolina availability report was released Wednesday night. Tonight is the third daily update. College football fans will receive one more tomorrow, 90 minutes before kickoff at approximately 2:15 pm EST.

There are minimal changes in the latest update. Brandon White spent the week listed as “doubtful.” Tonight the reserve wide receiver was downgraded to out. The biggest question entering gameday is around cornerback DJ Waller. The Michigan transfer did not play in week one. Even though he’s considered questionable, there’s a good chance he makes his Kentucky debut against South Carolina.

As was the case for the Cats, South Carolina only had one change as Emory Floyd was downgraded from “doubtful” to “out.”
