Before every SEC game, each team must publicly share injury reports, a new change for the fall 2024 college football season. After the Wildcats listed ten players on the initial Wednesday night release, Mark Stoops has updated his availability report for the Vanderbilt game.

Players must be listed as out (0% chance to play), doubtful (25% chance to play), questionable (50% chance to play), or probable (75% chance to play). We’ll receive one more update Friday night, followed by a final report 90 minutes prior to kickoff. This week’s injury report includes multiple starters.

Jacob Kauwe, the big-leg reserve kicker, was not on Wednesday’s report but will not be an option against Vanderbilt. True freshman cornerback Terhyon Nichols was downgraded to out after suffering a shoulder injury at Ole Miss. That means Chris Collins will be without two talented contributors at the cornerback position on Saturday. Hardley Gilmore and Courtland Ford are trending toward making their 2024 debuts Saturday night at Kroger Field.
