Kentucky WBB among the four schools in contention for Oregon State's Dominika Paurová
Over on KSBoard earlier this week, we reported that Oregon State transfer guard Dominika Paurová was on a visit to Kentucky. Now, On3’s Talia Goodman reports that the 6-foot-1 guard has four schools in contention for her talents, and Kentucky women’s basketball is one of them.
Goodman notes that Paurová has a visit scheduled for Arkansas this weekend. Mike Neighbors and the Razorbacks could add a much-needed piece to their roster. However, there are two Big Ten schools Goodman also mentions as schools to look out for in Michigan and Penn State. She’s already visited both, along with UK.
During her freshman season at Oregon State, Paurová averaged 5.5 points and 2.1 rebounds per game while also shooting 37.2% from three-point range. Her best outing actually came in the first round of the NCAA Tournament when she scored 17 points on 6-8 (3-4 3PT) shooting against Eastern Washington.
For Kentucky, Paurová would be a depth piece that, in a year or two, could be one of the main contributors to the team. She has a ton of potential, and head coach Kenny Brooks can see that.

You would have to think that assistant coach Radvile Autukaite would play a big factor in this portal recruitment as well, given that she has always been known for bringing in elite international talent.
Before Paurová arrived at Oregon State, she was a main contributor on the Czech Republic National Team. Paurová was an MVP candidate in the 2022 U18 FIBA European Championships where she averaged 14.7 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.
Watch her work below. Will we see her in Lexington again for the 2024-25 season?
