Kentucky Wildcats will visit Drake's $100 million mansion, says Calipari
The Kentucky Wildcats have Friday off in Toronto after winning each of the first two exhibition games at GLOBL Jam. Play will resume on Saturday with one last day of pool play before the gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded Sunday.
But first, John Calipari has some special things lined up for his players during the team’s free day. It turns out he was serious when he told KSR about his plans to visit Toronto’s most famous home.
“We’re going to do some fun things tomorrow,” said Calipari following Kentucky’s win over Canada Thursday night. “We’re gonna go to a friend of mine, his house. We’re going to swim in his pool, practice on his court. He’s on tour.”
Of course, Calipari’s “friend” is Drake, and “his court” is Drake’s insane indoor basketball court known as “The Sanctuary.”

Two weeks ago, Calipari told KSR his intentions to crash the OVO mansion. He said, “I do have keys to his house, so I may drop the team by his house because I want to see the court–it has Toronto Raptors. I will leave some Kentucky stuff there.”
Now that it is happening, the players are ecstatic to see how Drake lives.
“I don’t know what to expect until we get there but we’re going to have a ball,” said Antonio Reeves. “We’re going to have a blast there. We’re going to have fun. I heard they’re going to have a barbecue so we are going to eat good as well.”
Jordan Burks added, “It’s gonna be a great experience. I’m excited about it, honestly. It’s going to be tough, going to his house, swim in his pool, play on his basketball court. That’s tough.”
Unfortunately, Drake will not be home as he is on tour throughout Canada and the United States.
