The Kentucky women's basketball team will begin SEC Tournament play this Thursday in Nashville against Alabama at Noon CT. Matthew Mitchell's 14-16 team is the tournament's No. 9 seed.
Kentucky won the only match-up against Alabama this year, a 79-54 victory at Memorial Coliseum. If they can beat the Crimson Tide again, they'll face the undefeated No. 1 seed, Mississippi State. UK lost by an average of 20.5 points to State in two meetings this year.
