Kentucky's Bowl Projections with Four Games Remaining
Where could the Kentucky Wildcats celebrate the end of a successful season? Glad you asked.
With only a month left in the regular season, bowl projections are becoming clearer than ever before. Tonight the first CFB Playoff Rankings will be released, an event that can only be surpassed in significance to determine the postseason shake down by the four undefeated foes meeting this weekend. With the SEC potentially putting two teams into the playoff and Missouri’s bowl ban, it’s benefitting the Wildcats.
- The Athletic’s Steward Mandel — Gator Bowl vs. Wisconsin
- Watch Stadium’s Brett McMurphy — Gator Bowl vs. Minnesota
- ESPN’s Mark Schlabach — Belk Bowl vs. Virginia Tech
- ESPN’s Kyle Bonagura — Outback Bowl vs. Wisconsin
- CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm — Music City vs. Virginia
- USA Today — Liberty Bowl vs. Kansas State
- Athlon Sports — Belk Bowl vs. North Carolina
- Bleacher Report — Gator Bowl vs. Iowa
T.J. Carter played in the Jacksonville bowl game as a true freshman. If UK can’t make the Outback Bowl, it’d be nice for him and the rest of his seniors to get some vengeance with a win on a return trip to the Gator Bowl.
