Kentucky's Cason Wallace and Chris Livingston arrive in Lexington

Kentucky’s standout freshmen have arrived in Lexington, with both Cason Wallace and Chris Livingston moving into the Wildcat Coal Lodge this morning, their families tell KSR.
The five-star signees join fellow freshman Adou Thiero, along with Illinois State transfer Antonio Reeves, who both arrived in Lexington on Tuesday. All four newcomers have made it to campus, with the program’s other returnees also making their way to Lexington this week.
Wallace is ranked No. 7 overall in the final 2022 On3 Consensus, with Livingston coming in at No. 19 overall. Both players were named to the McDonald’s All-American Game, Jordan Brand Classic, and Iverson Classic this spring.

Elsewhere, CJ Fredrick also tells KSR he moved back into his dorm Tuesday evening, signaling the unofficial start to the 2022-23 basketball season.
“I just to be back on campus — I got back last night. It’s kind of unofficially the start of a new season,” he told KSR at his satellite camp in Louisville on Wednesday. “Just being back in Lexington, meeting the new guys, it’s a great feeling to be starting again.”
Fredrick says team workouts begin at the Joe Craft Center next week.
Summer practice is finally here.
