Kerr Kriisa chops wood and picks mushrooms in Estonia before returning to Kentucky
Some people decide to go to the beach during summer vacation. Others travel the world to find their rest and relaxation — Italy, France, Greece, Mexico, whatever. Maybe the local pool is your thing? Ponds, rivers and lakes do the trick, too.
Kentucky wrapped up summer practice earlier this month and the players went their separate ways for a couple of weeks before returning to campus on August 22, followed by workouts ramping back up on August 26. The Cats shared where they’d be headed during break: Amari Williams going back to Nottingham, England, Ansley Almonor traveling to the Dominican Republic for vacation, Otega Oweh watching his brother Odafe suit up in a preseason game for the Baltimore Ravens and Lamont Butler taking his girlfriend to Hawaii — the list goes on.
The entire roster shared their travel plans with the exception of one, Kerr Kriisa left out of the video. Why? Well, maybe it’s because he had his own vision for break and how he’d unveil his adventures.
That moment came Monday when the Wildcats shared footage of Kriisa back home in Estonia over the past couple of weeks, and it’s about as wild as you’d expect.

The video starts with the Kentucky guard going into the chicken coop to pick some eggs, followed by some sheep herding. Then Kriisa whips out the chainsaw and starts going after a tree before picking some mushrooms in the wild. To wrap up the video? Some high-diving at his local watering hole.
I would say it’s surprising, but the fact of the matter is it’s exactly what you’d expect from Kerr Kriisa during summer break. Take a look:

Kriisa is one of a kind, no other way to put it.
