KSR’s 2024 Kentucky High School Football Top 25 Rankings: Pre-Playoffs
And that’s a wrap on the 2024 Kentucky high school football regular season! The playoffs begin this week as the race to Kroger Field officially kicks off. Around this time next month, six champions will be crowned. The real fun is almost here and KSR will be covering all of it.
As always, we’ve updated our Top 25 rankings to reflect everything that happened over the weekend. Notably, DuPont Manual jumped five spots to No. 3 in the state following a 21-0 shutout of Male, which dropped three spots to No. 8 as a result. South Warren (+6) and Bowling Green (+4) also saw their stock go up while St. Xavier fell six spots to No. 13 after losing to Bowling Green. Owensboro Catholic also jumped a couple of spots thanks to a 49-7 over North Hardin in the KSR Game of the Week.
