We’re roughly halfway through the 2024 Kentucky high school football season. Most teams across the state have played five games up to this point. With that in mind, we’re adding another layer to our statewide Top 25 rankings: class-by-class rankings.

Along with the updated Week 5 Top 25 rankings, we’re now ranking the top five teams from all six classes across the state. You can find those below the latest Top 25 rankings.

With seven ranked matchups happening over the last few days, we saw plenty of movement in this week’s update. Notably, Frederick Douglass jumped back into the Top 10 following a big win over Corbin, which dropped eight spots as a result. The likes of Woodford County, Covington Catholic, and Johnson Central all received bumps in their rankings while South Warren and Beechwood slid down. We also saw two teams jump into the Top 25 after being unranked last week.
