However, mother nature had other plans. With one out in the top of the eighth, the game was postponed due to heavy rain in Lexington. The Wildcats and No. 1 ranked Tennessee will resume game two at 2:00 p.m., and game three will take place 40 minutes following the conclusion. The last will only be a seven-inning game.

NBA playoffs continue

Last night, we saw a pair of game 3s wrap up with the home teams holding serve. Both the Philadelphia 76ers and Dallas Mavericks climbed out of 2-0 series holes to log big wins in the playoffs. Now the Miami Heat and Phoenix Suns will have to regroup as playoff action heats up.

Next up are what appear to be the two best current series going in the NBA with the Celtics and Bucks moving the series to Milwaukee and the Grizzlies and Warriors heading to San Francisco. Here is your TV schedule below for some other derby sports entertainment:

  • 3:30 — Boston Celtics at Milwaukee Bucks (ABC)
  • 8:30 — Memphis Grizzlies at Golden State Warriors (ABC)

There will also be playoff hockey hitting the tube with four games scheduled throughout the day and a huge UFC pay-per-view card to finish the night. We’ve got a jam-packed Saturday in May, and it’s all highlighted by the Kentucky Derby.

Let’s go cash some tickets.
