We’ve got some movement in this week’s updated Top 25.

As part of KSR’s Week 9 Kentucky high school basketball rankings, Evangel Christian went from unranked all the way to No. 14 after a 65-62 win over Covington Holy Cross in the All “A” Classic finals. Holy Cross, which received a total of 157 points from tournament MVP Jacob Meyer, makes its season debut in the rankings at No. 19. Pleasure Ridge Park also jumped into the rankings, moving up six spots to No. 20

Great Crossing was among this week’s biggest fallers, dropping five spots to No. 7 after losing to new-No. 2 Lexington Catholic 61-52. Meanwhile, Harlan saw an eight-spot dip to No. 22 which came as a result of a 50-49 loss to Martin county in the All “A” Classic.

Elsewhere, KSR was on location to watch top 10 Bowling Green take down South Warren.
